About the House

35 Angle Village is a Grade II listed semi-detached house.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric range cooker, a microwave oven, a fridge freezer, a toaster and an electric kettle.  There is plenty cutlery and crockery for 7 guests.  The living room has a large screen TV with Freeview and a Bluetooth soundbar.  The study, which acts as a double bedroom if required, is a very comfortable area to relax in.  The bathroom has a bath and a shower.

The garden is split level and to the rear of the house.  By the house, there is a patio area with garden furniture and beyond that there is a raised grassed area.

For shopping, there is a village store for everyday needs.  Pembroke, some 10 miles distant, offers many independent shops and some brand names.  Larger stores (Tesco, Asda etc.) can be found in Pembroke Dock, just a few minutes on from Pembroke.

Prices : Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.  For weeks commencing in July and August the price is £x/week.  For June and September starts, and for school half-term weeks, the price drops to £y/week.  Other weeks (apart from Christmas & New Year periods - please enquire if interested) are just £z/week.
